# No Fuel

A project creator can opt to use their own funds to establish the initial liquidity rather than borrowing from <mark style="color:blue;">**Fuel**</mark>. The Liquidity Provider (LP) tokens acquired during liquidity addition are then locked for a duration set by the creator.
